Let's use business as a "force for good"

If you’re a Certified B Corp (or on your way to becoming one), THANK YOU for your commitment to using your “Business as a Force For Good!”  You’re an integral part of making the world a better place for all of us to work and live, and I’m grateful for you.

I know you already understand the importance of creating a sustainable culture of kindness, respect and compassion. Because when you and your employees feel safevalued, and connectedthat’s when you can truly accomplish meaningful work together.

A word of caution, though...

Many social and environmental enterprises unknowingly fall under the spell of what I call the Mission Illusion: they assume that because they attract people who are passionate about the organization’s mission, and they all come together over shared values and purpose, their team members automatically know how to communicate and collaborate at the level needed to accomplish their big goals in the world.

A shared purpose and mission is NOT enough.

Even the most passionate and driven employees still need support in communicating effectively and working together respectfully and collaboratively.

If you’ve fallen under the spell of the Mission Illusion and have been making the assumption that a shared purpose is enough, I’m ready to help you identify your workforce gaps and, more importantly, help you fill those gaps in efficient and budget-friendly ways.

I specialize in helping Certified B Corps like yours design and implement cutting-edge programs* that help you and your people embody the powerful qualities of coaching — presence, empathy, deep listening, equity, inclusion, co-creative communication, respect, resilience — to build a sustainable Coaching Culture throughout your entire organization.

Zig Ziglar was on target when he said: You don’t build a business; you build people, then the people build the business”

Are you ready to take your people-building to the next level? LET’S TALK!
